The Estate

At The Estate, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To honor the time, preparation, and care that goes into every service, the following cancellation policy is in place: • A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit. • No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. • If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and the deposit may be forfeited. Deposits are applied to your service total at checkout and are non-refundable. Life happens — if you need to make changes, please reach out as soon as possible. Communication is always appreciated.
